Where do you deliver to?

We deliver all over the UK and ship our fudge either Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 Royal Mail,  the available options available to you will be displayed during checkout. We also offer a free collection service to those who live local to us in Ilkeston, Derbyshire

How much is postage?

We charge what it costs us for postage and is based based on the approximate weight of your order. Collection is free from the Ilkeston, Derbyshire area

What’s the weight of your fudge?

The weight of our fudge varies on the base and what toppings/fillings are used. However, you can expect your fudge to weigh around 800g for a slab or 200g for a square. Traditional-style fudge may weigh less.

What’s your refund policy?

As our fudge is made to order and a food product, I am unable to offer refunds at this time. If you’re unsatisfied with your order in any way, please reach out to me and I will do everything I can to rectify any issues!

Are you insured?

Yes! We hold Public Liability Insurance up to £1,000,000

What’s your food hygiene rating?

We have been awarded with the highest 5* food hygiene rating!

Can I send your fudge as a gift?

Absolutely! Leave a comment in the notes section during checkout letting us know it’s a gift and we will be happy to leave a message in the box for you.

Can your fudge flavours be made vegan/dairy-free?

Of course! We create our vegan fudges using Carnations Vegan Condensed Milk and Cadbury’s Bournville Dark Chocolate, we can also offer a vegan traditional fudge too. When making our vegan fudges we have procedures in place to ensure there’s no cross-contamination. Who said vegans can’t have fudge eh?!

I paid for Tracked 24 postage, where is my fudge?

All of our fudge is made to order and it will take us around 5 working days to create your masterpiece(s). We then ship it based on your delivery option chosen at checkout. We will try to let you know once we have dispatched your fudge, usually via email and you should receive a separate email from Royal Mail directly with your tracking information attached.

How can I store my fudge?

If your fudge is a traditional-style fudge we would recommend storing your fudge in an airtight container at room temperate. Our chocolate-based ones may also be stored at room temperate, or if you would prefer them to be more firmer, store these in the fridge.

How long does my fudge last?

Your fudge will last around 14 days (if it lasts that long!).  All of our products can be frozen!

I have an allergy, do you cater for these?

We do our best to ensure we can offer products suitable for those with allergens. Our ingredients are separated into allergen/non-allergen containers, and stored on different shelves of our Fridge during the setting process. Please be aware that although we will do everything we can to ensure your product is free from allergens, we cannot guarantee it, as we use the same kitchen. If you do have a specific allergy, please contact us before placing an order.

Can I freeze your fudge?

Absolutely! If you plan on freezing your fudge, we would recommend doing this as soon as you can after receiving your order, to ensure that it’s frozen whilst it’s fresh.
